Lead all engineering teams in the Americas
Help the SVP, Engineering determine site strategy and hiring plan
Lead the technical roadmap for Pendo’s core products
Actively grow Pendozers in their careers and attract and retain top engineering talent.
10+ years of senior engineering management experience
Experience managing an engineering team of 50+
Experience quickly scaling teams
Strong technical background and continued technical depth.
Experience managing engineering teams of 100+
Experience starting new offices and managing across multiple time zones
A track record of industry thought leadership via public speaking or writing.
