As the Manager of Sales Development at Pendo, your teams mission is to apply pipeline generation skills to identify and acquire new prospects in medium-sized companies and large enterprises to help grow and develop our footprint in the SaaS market.
You will play a key role as you lead this highly visible and motivated team that achieves individual, team and organizational quotas. We are looking for leaders who want to further develop their own careers by continuous professional development and taking on increasing responsibilities within Pendo as we grow.
Hire and develop Sales Development Representatives into AE candidates for further development within the organization
Create reporting on defined daily, weekly and monthly metrics to sales & marketing leadership at Pendo
Motivate individuals on the SDR team to exceed objectives through coaching, regular recognition of top performance, and inspirational leadership
Work with Sales Operations to identify, and implement recommendations for improvement in the areas of SDR efficiency, tools and productivity
Building internal relationships with departmental leadership, including Sales, Product, Marketing and Operations teams
Work closely with Marketing on defining campaign follow-up and reporting
Establishing ongoing criteria for Sales Development’s involvement in sales process
2+ years of experience in Software Sales or Lead-generation/Sales Development
Consistent proven track record of over achievement of quota expectations
Deep understanding of inbound prospecting methodology in all market segments
Outstanding communication, organizational and time-management skills
Proven analytical skills and ability to communicate information effectively to the team
Outstanding presentation, verbal and written communication skills
