ABOUT THE ROLE

Peloton’s People Business Partner (PBP / HRPB) enables team members to achieve best-in-class results through influencing, guiding and collaborating on a broad range of people programs and processes. This includes being a strategic partner on org design, culture and talent initiatives; collaborating on performance coaching, headcount planning and guiding on compliance, offer approvals, leave, risk mitigation and general questions.

We are looking for an experienced PBP who has worked in a matrixed global organisation with practical knowledge of partnering UK + DE teams.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Be a Trusted Advisor
  • Build trusted relationships with leaders and people team COEs to influence change and be an effective strategic partner
  • A thought partner to leaders on team member engagement initiatives to drive up engagement and reduce talent turnover
  • Identify areas for improvement seeking to understand the root cause and influence solutions
  • Accept people without judgement providing alternative perspectives and getting others to seek your advice

  • Promote the development of Team Members at all levels activating all available development tools and opportunities
  • Identify areas for improvement seeking to understand the root cause and influence solutions
  • Connect Strategy to Outcomes
  • Partner with leaders to diagnose + define organisational design improvements 
  • Proactively share relevant people insights with people team COEs to inform the roadmap
  • Loop in people team COEs into relevant business workstreams
  • Understand the business opportunity areas to devise appropriate people strategies 
  • Use people data to influence and inform improvement priorities  
  • Support Team Leaders + Drive Accountability
  • Coach leaders for personal growth to enhance overall company performance
  • Facilitate team growth initiatives to drive up performance
  • Coordinate best practice change management processes and communications, guiding leaders to ensure team member engagement
  • Coordinate and deliver change management processes, communications and run of shows  
  • Lead a talent review challenging leaders to ensure decisions are objective, well-informed + equitable

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • Experience working in a people team covering org design, change management, org effectiveness
  • Experience PBP practical knowledge in the relevant geographies 
  • Experience working in a matrixed global organisation with consumer, media, tech sector experience desirable 
  • Proven understanding of UK + DE laws and regulations 
  • Ability to prioritise, plan and deliver within cross functional teams with a holistic, long term perspective. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including influencing, relationship building, listening to understand, emotional intelligence
  • Strong problem solving and sound decision making skills
  • Ability to interpret insights and data to determine direction and drive improvements
  • Experience in coaching and receiving / providing constructive feedback 
  • Ability to travel - annually to US, stores / warehouses / offices across UK + DE
