ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Peloton's Workplace Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for people visiting the Company.  You will ensure that our office runs smoothly and efficiently, guiding onsite vendors, greeting visitors and supporting the operations of the office as well as providing connective support to the broader country-wide team.

This position is part-time (20 hours per week with Mondays being mandatory) at our Peloton office - Sydney HQ.


YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

● Act as a culture champion to enable Peloton’s value of ‘Be the Best Place to Work’
● Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
● Ideate and create meaningful events, celebrations and social interactions for our office based and country-wide teams (both remote, in-person and hybrid)
● Anticipate team member and guest needs before they arise, providing an enhanced and personalised experience
● Onboard new hires to set them up for success at Peloton
● Maintain security by following procedures and managing access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges, etc.)
● Manage and audit onsite facilities and food & beverage vendors to ensure the workplace is clean, safe and inline with Peloton’s global workplace standards
● Manage the workplace email, Slack channels and ticketing portal, respond to questions and forward messages as needed
● Follow up with team members who have submitted tickets, resolve within agreed SLA
● Localise existing office/people guidelines and workplace SOPs to optimise office experience in Sydney
● Collaborate closely and support special projects and initiatives in partnership with the People, Recruiting, Onboarding, Safety and Security teams.
● Ensure the office is tidy, well stocked and welcoming

WHAT YOU BRING TO PELOTON

● Proven working experience in similar Office Management type roles
● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google docs, and Google calendar
● Fantastic attitude
● Extremely personable demeanour
● Solid communication skills both written and verbal
● Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
● Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure
● Ability to be flexible with change in a fast-paced environment
