ABOUT THE ROLE

Peloton’s Supply Chain organization is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to play a key role to support the operations (freight, warehousing, customer delivery) teams as we continue to grow and drive transformation across processes and programs. 

You will be part of the Supply Chain Programs team, playing a key role in building business cases to make decisions on Peloton’s future investments and after approval, lead workstreams to ensure effective deployment of new capabilities into our existing operation. As Peloton grows and expands in new marketplaces and broadens its supply chain footprint, you will be critical in the planning and execution of efficient supply chain strategies.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Partner with Global and local freight logistics, warehousing, and field ops teams to ensure a complete understanding of requirements and quality in the delivery of business solution and smooth execution of changes
  • Form strong working relationships with adjacent teams such as Planning and Sourcing and Procurement and loop in cross-functional teams as needed (e.g., Finance/Accounting, IT, Security, ESG, etc.)
  • Document and analyze current business processes and underlying systems/applications
  • Critically evaluate information gathered and recommend alternative solutions if needed to drive decision making through business case development
  • Monitor project workstream progress, identify and escalate potential project risks and delays to management
  • Coordinate and lead discussions to ensure understanding and alignment to projects and initiatives
  • Develop analytical models to support business case development or strategic decision-making and create presentations based on analysis for audiences across supply chain leadership
  • Recognize the relationship, dependencies and their impact to other projects

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, or supply chain or work experience
  • 1+ years of related experience in a business analyst, project management, consulting or equivalent role
  • Proven ability to facilitate communication and provide support to both the business and technical team members in challenging technical for implementation projects 
  • Must have experience working simultaneously with multiple stakeholders, sponsors, and business partners, exhibiting an ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
  • Strong quantitative skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience documenting and analyzing processes, procedures, and/or policies
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Google suite

Nice to Haves

  • Understanding of accounting principles and basic financial modeling
  • Experience working in partnership with tech product managers and hardware engineers
  • Common knowledge of the software packages or like-software packages Peloton leverages is preferred. Peloton’s current software packages in supply chain include: E2Open, FlexPort, Netsuite, Excel, Zendesk, Dell Boomi
  • Exposure to Jira, Confluence, Lucid Chart, Monday, and Smartsheet
