ABOUT THE ROLE

The Peloton Treasury Team is looking for a talented treasury professional to join our team! The ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly analytical, attentive to detail, and highly organized. Moreover, the candidate is someone who consistently exceeds expectations and excels in quantitative and qualitative analytics. 

The Associate will support Peloton’s banking activities, liquidity management and analytics, insurance workstreams, consumer financing relationships, maintenance of procedures, and support ad-hoc Treasury projects. The Associate will have the opportunity to regularly collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Process transactional bank activity, monitor cash positions, AP aging reports, and short-term cash forecasts to ensure accounts have sufficient liquidity to cover payment activities
  • Develop deep understanding of payment systems and connectivity between them, and resulting implications across the organization
  • Support execution of foreign exchange trades 
  • Assist with tracking financial covenant compliance for Peloton’s credit facility
  • Monitor and report KPIs across consumer financing, insurance, and other workstreams leveraging large datasets
  • Assist with issuing letters of credit
  • Ad-hoc analyses supporting investment management, FX hedging strategy, consumer financing, and insurance strategy

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-2 years relevant Treasury experience (recent college graduates may be considered)
  • Experience with Excel preferred (vlookups, pivot tables, conditional formatting)
  • Experience with FX and investment management concepts preferred
  • Familiarity with treasury management systems and ERP experience preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to identify areas to improve processes
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills with an analytical mindset
