Peloton are looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to manage the AP ledger for the UK entity within the international accounting team. The candidate will be inputting invoices, making payments and managing vendors. The ideal candidate has experience working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure invoices are processed and vendor queries are dealt with in a timely manner 


Key responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Overseeing AP processes in Concur, Coupa and Netsuite.
  • Ensuring that all invoices are paid correctly in a timely manner.
  • Reconciling and reviewing AP aging reports to identify and correct any issues.
  • Ensure all suppliers are set up correctly in Netsuite
  • Ensure all invoices are tax compliant.
  • Multi currency bank reconciliations.
  • Reviewing monthly corporate credit card statements and liaising with cardholders to ensure costs are recorded correctly.
  • Reviewing the coding for all purchase ledger activity for monthly management accounts including narratives, GL codes, departments and locations.
  • Identifying any required prepayments and accruals for the monthly management accounts and maintaining a schedule relating to these.
  • Assisting with the preparation of the monthly management accounts.
  • Filing required Office for National Statistics submissions. 


  • Advanced Microsoft Excel user with an analytical background of Microsoft Excel.  Also proficient in Outlook and Word.
  • Competent standard in the use of computerised financial systems.
  • Numerate with demonstrable problem solving skills.
  • Proactive approach to dealing with business issues, ability to drive continued improvement through accurate data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). 
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to create good working relationships with stakeholders across the business.
  • Proven attention to detail with a high level of quality control within their work.
  • Able to work on own initiative and able to persuade and influence others. 
  • Be able to demonstrate initiative, be self-motivating with strong organisation skills and an ability to prioritise work and meet operational and financial deadlines.
  • Part Qualified CIMA, ACCA or equivalent. Preferable 
  • Good standard of academic achievement (A-Level or Degree). Preferable
