Your new role

We are looking for a self-motivated Process Improvement Manager to join our International Business Operations team to drive process improvement through stakeholder engagement and project management. In your new role you will work within the Intl Business based at the UK HQ but have significant global touch points in achieving collaboration from internal partners. 

The International Business Operations team is member focused in delivering a world class middle and final mile solution while optimizing the costs of Peloton’s delivery network.  You will be critical to achieving this ambition, and will be afforded many opportunities to contribute, learn and grow with Peloton.  You must be creative, curious, analytical and possess the ability to juggle multiple projects with varying levels of involvement.  If successful, you will act as link between Logistics, Field Operations, IT, PMO, and the rest of the Intl and Global businesses to engage stakeholders.  You will be responsible to land change successfully by managing the creation and deployment of business processes and projects. They will need to take all stakeholders through the change process and deliver the desired outputs

What you’ll do

  • Manage and drive execution of complex, cross-functional transformation programs within defined scope, timeline, and budget parameters.
  • Proactively identify and manage program risks and issues across multiple concurrent tracks of work, that span across process, people, data, metrics, and systems workstreams.
  • Manage dependencies and touchpoints within projects.
  • Facilitate workshops and retrospectives. Conduct process improvement training for team members and senior stakeholders.
  • Drive Peloton brand behaviours 
  • Engage stakeholders and teams, build, and maintain strong relationships, and align cross-functional team to program goals.
  • See projects through design, measurement, root cause, build and test phase and engage with the correct stakeholders to successfully hand over for execution, deployment and BAU.
  • Continuous management and improvement in ways of working, KPIs and reporting
  • Together with the global and local teams look for continuous process improvements and leverage the capabilities of IT systems to drive efficiencies
  • Keep finger on the pulse of system changes, upgrades, and new functionality to evaluate impact and leverage efficiencies to prepare the international business for future changes
  • Evaluate new processes and systems deployed are working and achieving the desired outcomes
  • Gather and clarify business ideas and requirements for improving global processes primarily within the international business with a global relevance.
  • Actively participate in the collaborative planning of the projects.
  • Focus on change management to land change well with a sensitivity to humanistic aspects

Who you are

  • Proven track record in process improvement and project execution background
  • Successful managing and execution of several high pressure, time-sensitive projects and process
  • rollouts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including experience working with warehouses, logistics partners, operational and e-comm environments
  • Team player that will support and encourage growth within teams
  • Customer centricity mindset backed up with the ability to evaluate operational processes constantly and critically
  • Demonstrated change management experience
  • Ability to build measurement systems and use data to improve business processes
  • A questioning attitude to problem solving
  • Effective communicator across all levels of business
  • Lean process, Kaizen, Six Sigma, process improvement experience a must
  • Able to effortlessly transition between working autonomously and collaboratively
  • Desire to work in a super-fast-paced environment with a bias towards action
  • Conducts external benchmarking reviews and business processes in delivery experience in order to implement best practices and monitor and adjust programs as necessary
