Peloton's Refurb Production Control Planner will be responsible for predicting, planning, directing, and coordinating refurb resources to optimize refurb operations capacity and minimize cost to achieve quality and quantity targets.
Provide daily planning refurb operations, including capacity, materials, manpower, lead-time, and equipment.
Plan short term and midterm capacity and resources planning of refurb operations.
Work closely with field operations team to optimize inventory/materials to ensure zero down time of refurb operations.
Promptly address and help solve issues that impact on the goals of refurb operations, including operations efficiency, costs reduction, etc.
Compile status and performance reports and submitting them to management in a timely manner.
Perform all other duties, as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Supply Chain or a related major.
At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing factorypreferred.
Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Supply Chain or related majors with at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing factory preferable
Experience in material planning, production/demand planning analysis in manufacturing environment.
Must have experience with major ERP and WMS system
