THE ROLE

Peloton is looking for a passionate VIP Member Experience Executive to join the DE Membership team based in London. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Member Experience (Int’l), the VIP Member Experience Executive will be responsible for providing a seamless, high-touch experience for Members and deploying tailored engagement and retention campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude and is excited by working in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and track profiles and social media mentions of high-profile Members
  • Serve as primary contact for high-profile Members by collaborating cross-functionally to deliver an optimal delivery experience and provide elevated support throughout the Member journey
  • Assist with the planning of seasonal gifting campaigns for high-profile Members, to promote engagement and build emotional brand loyalty
  • Proactively identify opportunities to execute surprise and delight programs for Members (e.g. Birthdays, Instructor outreach, etc.) and think creatively about ways in which we can elevate the Peloton experience for our Members
  • Monitor all Peloton channels (social media, reviews, support, etc.) to identify Member Moments and share in weekly team highlights
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Community teams to assist with review moderation and monitoring Member feedback
  • Work with the Social Impact team to coordinate order logistics and provide support for The Comeback program
  • Support the Senior Member Concierge in building scalable and repeatable expansion processes

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years of experience within hospitality, relationship management, and/or customer support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional phone etiquette
  • German language required, native german preferred
  • Proficiency in English, additional languages highly desirable 
  • Organised, detail-oriented, creative problem-solver and a willingness to be flexible
  • Possess the ability to multitask and be a team player, working collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and energy
  • Available to respond to urgent tickets during nights and weekends
  • Proficiency with Google Suite applications (Google docs, sheets, etc.)
  • Genuine interest in one/all of our business pillars - fitness, media, technology
