Peloton is looking for a Senior Business Analysis Manager with data analytics expertise and a desire to identify, design and build solutions that enable strategic initiatives and operational improvements. You will partner closely with stakeholders across the business to understand their needs, identify opportunities to optimize existing processes, and leverage your data and analytics skills to provide better visibility into financial data and develop insights to enable leadership to make effective, data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical toolset, has a passion for difficult challenges and a willingness to prototype and rapidly iterate, working with cross-functional teams to drive meaningful impact to the business.


  • Define and align KPIs across multiple functional groups (retail, marketing, digital, real estate, product, technology, logistics)
  • Develop and evolve metrics according to Business objectives
  • Analyze and visualize large data sets to report on KPIs using SQL, Looker and Excel
  • Define and create reporting dashboards
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies and errors
  • Prioritize and execute ad-hoc data analysis to assess activities and develop recommendations
  • Help to identify key trends and potential risks & opportunities across the business
  • Build models to support the FP&A Team with budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning


  • 8+ years in FP&A / corporate finance / accounting
  • Degree in finance / economics / accounting / mathematics
  • Extraordinary Excel / PowerPoint / Financial Modeling skills
  • Must be a proactive & highly organized self-starter, able to work independently and under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication / collaboration skills required; role involves building strong relationships across the organization at all levels
  • Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, etc.; Looker preferred
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Industry experience in retail or consumer products preferred
