Peloton is looking for a passionate and talented Manager, Member Communications to join its Retention Marketing team. Reporting to the NYC-based Senior Manager, Member Communications, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing automated lifecycle programs aimed at engaging and retaining our Members.
Develop and implement personalized, scalable, automated marketing campaigns using Oracle Eloqua, leveraging email, landing pages, SMS, push notifications, etc...
Responsible for marketing automation Quality Assurance from design rendering to email/SMS/push functionality and lifecycle program functionality
Own and implement personalization within email by orchestrating segmentation and dynamic creative through automation
Design and implement customer segmentations by maintaining high levels of data organization with fast-growing, high-volume lists
Own testing roadmap for programs by identifying and implementing new tests and tactics, while continually seeking to innovate and test creative to drive improved results
Establish KPIs and configure standard reports to measure tactic and campaign success as well as business results
Minimum of 3 years administering Eloqua as Marketing Automation solution
Includes work experience implementing full cycle projects including requirements gathering, design, development, testing and support
Strong working knowledge of HTML, mobile optimization and email best practices
Possess outstanding interpersonal and team skills with a track record of developing positive working relationships
Ability to adapt to rapidly shifting priorities and scenarios on a daily basis
Proven track record of success working autonomously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high-level of communication
