Your responsibilities

As a HR Generalist, you will help shape Pelion´s growth and talent strategy in close collaboration with the management team. While you will be involved in all kinds of HR activities and projects, your key responsibilities will focus on recruiting, employer branding, onboarding of new colleagues, and intern supervision


Hiring great talent is a key priority for us. As a HR Generalist, you will be closely involved in all recruiting activities to help us identify and win great talent. You will especially be responsible for:

  • Managing Pelion’s recruiting process: screening applications, scheduling interviews, preparing contract documents and acting as the main point of contact for candidates
  • Conducting ‘active sourcing’ and finding creative ways to identify and attract new talent
  • Developing new and continuously optimizing existing recruiting processes

Employer Branding

To attract new talent, we will have to build a strong employer brand. You will support the Pelion team on internal and external communication activities and events relevant for recruiting and brand building. You will especially be responsible for:

  • Organizing and attending university and networking events
  • Developing concepts for workshops and similar recruiting events
  • Selecting and coordinating give aways


Continuous development and learning is one of our key priorities. As a HR Generalist you will support our HR Manager in developing and coordinating learning and onboarding activities. You will especially be responsible for:

  • Helping improve the onboarding process and supporting the development of specific onboarding sessions   
  • Coordinating the onboarding process for new joiners, making sure everyone has a fantastic start on their Pelion journey
  • Being the first contact person for interns and improving the interns experience at Pelion

Your profile

  • Passion for recruiting and employer branding  
  • Entrepreneurial personality with a high degree of self-initiative
  • People and service-oriented personality
  • Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in business administration, psychology, human resources management or a related discipline
  • First experience (e.g. via relevant internships) in similar roles preferred
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Organizational talent as well as a proactive, self-reliant, structured and pragmatic way of working
  • Good MS-Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent German and English speaking / writing skills
