SUMMARY:

The Customer Service Representative works within the Customer Service team to support the reception desk, order entry, and assignment of freight carriers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide reception desk coverage to greet guests and assist them with sign in processes. Answer phone calls and transfer to the appropriate party if needed.
Respond to inquiries (emails, calls, in-person) received from various parties, including cross-functional teams, distribution partners, customers, and consumers.
Receive orders via email and EDI. Process orders and returns through the ERP system, assign freight carriers, and schedule trucks as needed.
Support cross-functional teams with CDMO products, coordinate shipping needs with the client.
Collect and sort mail daily, receive packages.
Manage scheduling and processes to maintain the company’s apartment and car.
Monitor office supplies to ensure adequate levels are available and provide administrative support as requested.
Other duties as requested or assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
2+ years’ experience in an administrative customer service position required.
Experience with ERP Systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365, preferred.
2+ years’ experience in an FDA/CGMP manufacturing facility preferred.
Experience with a multi-line phone system required.
Experience interacting with internal and external customers, data entry, and working with spreadsheets required.
Strong computer skills with intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) required.
Self- motivated, driven, detailed-oriented.
