About the Position: 

As a Director of Product you will own the vision, strategy and roadmap for Peek Pro’s platform. The ideal candidate is an innovative, hands-on product leader with a growth mindset who balances product intuition with analysis and collaboration.  This leader is a quick, big thinker that can easily translate strategies down to execution while keeping up the pace of innovation of Peek.

 If you get excited about digging into customer pain points, with an unstoppable desire to improve the product for thousands of tours & activity operators, then this could be the role for you!

 This position will report to the VP of Product, with extensive cross-functional interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Peek Pro’s Platform
  • Engage extensively with customers, internal teams and external partners in order to gain first hand insight on the business needs & opportunities
  • Work with other product managers and company leadership to identify & execute on biggest growth opportunities
  • Create plans and manage to them rigorously in an agile environment
  • Regularly review metrics and proactively seek out new and improved data/mechanisms for visibility, ensuring the product stays aligned with company objectives

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 8+ years of product management experience with proven track record of increasing responsibility, leadership & impact. Expert in product planning, defining & launching successful products, leading product initiatives preferably in the B2B space
  • Experience managing high-profile decisions & escalations that require executive coordination & sign-off
  • Ability to be both a visionary and in the weeds when needed. Lead by example
  • Very organized with impeccable attention to detail and relentless follow-through
  • Excellent written and  verbal communication skills, including an affinity for explaining product complexity with ease to different stakeholders
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset: enjoys the challenge of a fast-paced, complex startup environment
  • Proactive and able to work autonomously when necessary
  • Process-oriented, enjoys coordinating work between multiple parties
  • Able to organize multiple priorities simultaneously and still consistently meet deadlines
  • Willing to travel occasionally
  • A passion for travel!
