As the Senior Solution Consultant at Pecan, you’ll be working at the forefront of helping organizations achieve real world impact with predictive analytics. 

Working closely with Pecan’s world class team of Account Executives, you will meet with prospective customers to develop a deep understanding of their unique challenges, identify opportunities to leverage predictive analytics and create compelling sales narratives. 

This is a key role within Pecan and will serve a broad range of industries (e.g., Financial Services, Retail/CPG, Manufacturing, etc.,) and business functions (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain Operations, etc.,). 

At Pecan, our team is focused on delivering value for our customers through collaboration and creative problem solving. You’ll work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, Product and Customer Success to drive results. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage prospects to explore potential use cases and translate prospect’s business needs into viable solutions including framing and sizing the value & business impact of AI that our customers can realize
  • Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations highlighting the benefits of Pecan AI.
  • Explain platform capabilities and delivery options
  • Assist with technical feasibility & data quality assessment
  • Coordinate with our Customer Success team to ensure new engagements are properly framed and poised for successful delivery.
  • Work with the team to continuously improve the presales process & playbook
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing & Product to provide market insights

What Your Experience Looks Like:

  • 3-5+ years of solution consulting experience and/or business analytics experience
  • Demonstrated ability to support SaaS deals through closed-won, including executive presentations, recommending change management strategies, evaluating business feasibility and generating customized collateral to support the deal cycle.
  • Experience with Tableau and data warehouse tools (AWS, Snowflake, BigQuery)
  • Understanding of predictive analytics and modeling processes
  • BA/BS in Engineering, Statistics/Math, Economics or a related field
  • Bonus points if you have an MBA or similar education
  • Bonus points if you have 1+ years of experience in SQL, Python (Pandas, Numpy), with the ability to write complex SQL queries
  • Bonus points if this includes experience working with Pecan’s focus industries (Mobile/Gaming, Retail/CPG, Manufacturing/Ops, Financial Services, etc.,) and specifically AI and ML or advanced analytics (BI) experience in those industries
