As a UX Designer, you will be involved in all aspects of the product development process, from brainstorming the next great product innovation, to interviewing users, and tweaking designs right before launch. You will be expected to utilize your full range of analysis, research, interaction design, and visual design skills, and you will own the experience for a substantial part of the product.

You will be a strategic member of our product team, influencing the design evolution of our product while working closely with developers and product managers. As a UX designer, you have the opportunity to:

  • Research, interview, and understand the needs and behaviors of both internal and external users. We use our product so you’ll have direct, every-day access to users!
  • Understand the vision and business goals and initiate ideas and concepts to support them.
  • Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experience.
  • Turn mockups into great designs, towards development (mainly using Figma and the existing, ever evolving design system).
  • Focus on user-centric solutions while considering time-to-market.
  • Facilitate usability testing, workshops and other research and collaboration methodologies.
  • Join a supportive, knowledge-sharing product group that includes designers and PMs from leading companies.


What you’ve accomplished so far:

  • You are an experienced UX designer who has worked on a complex B2B product related to analytics, dashboards, code management, or data management.
  • Analysys, design, and research methodologies are something you have a deep understanding of and experience with
  • You are flexible to change, and open to giving and receiving constructive feedback
  • An excellent command of written and oral English communication skills is a must
  • A strong understanding of Figma or experience with similar design tools is needed, as is a fast learning capacity.
  • Experience with Data Analysis (SQL) is an advantage.


During the first month or two you will:

  • Get to know the product design process and all the current projects.
  • Immerse yourself in similar products and in different user groups.
  • Join a goal-oriented squad and take part in designing at least one customer-facing feature.
  • As a design generalist, you'll solve complex problems with the rest of your squad, transform research insights into new features, and design the workflows and detailed interactions to bring them to life.
  • Become familiar with the product's design system.
  • Develop cross-functional working relationships with other UX designers in order to arrive at the best possible design solutions.
