What you will do?

  • Lead sourcing activities by building effective and strategic sourcing plans
  • Build a diverse talent pipeline
  • Find and engage with passive candidates, and create effective search strategies by using different tools such as Linkedin, Github, community forums, and more
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of different sourcing strategies to continuously improve our processes while always looking for new resources for sourcing

Who are you?

  • 2+ years of experience as a Sourcer or talent acquisition , either in-house or at an agency
  • Experience in sourcing for R&D tech-related roles is a must
  • Proven working experience with sourcing platforms 
  • In-depth knowledge using Boolean searches,
  • Experienced building short and long-term sourcing strategies
  • Maintaining deep relationships with potential candidates
  • Innovative and creative mindset
  • Positive with a can-do approach
  • Strong attention to details
  • Enjoys working in a hyper-growth working environment
  • High level of English - written and verbal - Must
