A successful candidate has the following qualifications:

  • Active California Real Estate Sales Person’s License
  • Prior sales success
  • Maintain a positive mindset always
  • Understands that real estate is a profession, not a hobby
  • Have a strong work ethic and desire to be successful
  • Ability to learn, grow and lead


Responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Qualifying prospects
  • Following up in a timely manner
  • Nurturing clients and prospects
  • Negotiating contracts
  • Educating clients
  • Hosting open houses
  • Delivering an exceptional client experience from first contact through close of transact


  • Real Estate: minimum 2 years
