PDT Partners is seeking an exceptional Program Manager/Business Analyst to join our BusOps Platform team. We own the end-to-end tech stack supporting PDT's critical business operations and company-wide financial data platform.

Responsibilities Include:
Own the roadmap for key components of the technology that enables our world-class Business Operations organization
Develop a deep understanding of our users' workflows and pain points to identify opportunities for improvement
Partner with engineering teams to select, scope, design, build, and deliver sophisticated technical solutions that meet complex business requirements
Drive the requirements gathering process, including stakeholder interviews, user research, and documentation
Manage the full project lifecycle from conception through deployment and support
Lead cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups including Research, Trading, Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams
Build and maintain relationships with senior Operations and Tech leadership to drive consensus
Manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and deadlines

2+ years of technical project/program management or business analyst experience
Experience working directly with or supporting business functions such as legal, compliance, procurement, or finance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field
The salary range for this role is between $150,000 and $175,000. This range is not inclusive of any potential bonus amounts. Factors that may impact the agreed upon salary within the range for a particular candidate include years of experience, level of education obtained, skill set, and other external factors.
