PDT Partners, a quantitative investment manager, seeks a smart, self-driven, resourceful temporary Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent and Culture Team (TACT). TACT partners with all areas of the firm (research, technology, and business operations) to understand and respond to each team’s unique hiring and organizational needs. TACT's mission is to recruit the best talent to PDT, actively cultivating an environment that enables them to be successful and happy. This role is eligible for remote work.

You will join a highly-collaborative team of experienced talent management professionals and in-house recruiters to develop and support a broad range of programs in our people space. As a cultural ambassador of PDT to both colleagues and candidates, you will have the opportunity to interact closely with a diverse community and help create the best experience for them.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with candidates throughout the interview process, including scheduling phone screens and organizing on-site and off-site interviews
  • Create and maintain a great candidate experience throughout the entire interview process, from initial outreach to offer
  • Serve as primary point of contact for candidate interviews - greeting candidates, ensuring interviews run on time, gathering interviewer feedback, etc.
  • Manage a variety of ad hoc projects including organizing recruiting trips, events, and conference participation

  • Experience with Greenhouse or similar Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Strong and demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook
  • Experienced and efficient interview calendar management
  • Tested and proven experience with Zoom
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
  • Keen attention to details, with superb organizational skills (obsessive checklist-makers welcome!)
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task while maintaining a high standard of work and a strong sense of urgency
  • Tenacious and self-motivated to be excellent in everything you do
  • Creative problem-solver, unafraid to try new approaches
  • Intellectually curious and eager to learn about our business, with a strong desire to make meaningful impact

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree and strong academic background from a top-tier university or equivalent professional experience.
