TPMs at PDT work closely with engineering teams, managing the execution of key initiatives, participating in strategic planning, and identifying opportunities to improve PgM operations. Managing multiple technology projects with different stakeholders, deliverables and timelines, our TPMs closely align with engineering partners to ensure successful completion of technology projects.
The ideal candidate is pragmatic and proactive with a strong sense of urgency and superb follow-through. They will also possess strong knowledge of PgM best practices and an intuitive understanding of when to apply them. They act as a change agent, helping PDT adopt new program practices by coaching agile principles and instilling project discipline.

Provide hands-on project and program management, cross-functional coordination, and team communications to deliver outstanding outcomes
Track progress and provide updates on program status to all level of stakeholders
Facilitate and organize meetings within the lifecycle of the program to maintain progress and collaboration
Improve efficiency, streamline processes, identify and remove bottlenecks
Promote organizational change initiatives, understand team values and encourage a culture of continuous feedback and iterative improvement.
3 -5 years project and program management experience.
Ability to understand and communicate complex technology concepts
Comfortable in with ambiguity and driven to create clarity
A natural servant-leader who drives successful outcomes without direct authority
Knowledge of different project management methodologies
