Customer Service Specialist with Czech

  • You are fluent in Czech
  • You are a team player and you value cooperation with others,
  • You are a fast learner and learning new things is something that you are fond of,
  • computer software has no secrets for you,
  • you have good English skills,
  • you had an opportunity to work with CRM systems,
  • you speak Polish (not obligatory),
  • have a first experience in Customer Service

  • incoming calls service and solving problems received by an email with an use of CRM system,
  • registering and transferring reported issues to others operations departments,
  • considering and resolving complaints,
  • representing the company according to the quality standards.
