POSITION

Position Title:

Internal Communications Manager

Location:

Gurgaon

 

 

PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE

As our engaged employees are at the heart of  success, you will  work closely as the interface between our Indian employes and the local business leaders of payments, credit  and investments. And as we are a truly global company, you will be part of the Global Communications  located elsewhere in India,  Latin America and Europe to advise on and execute global cross-functional campaigns.

You will do this for instance by

·         Improving employee engagement through effective utilization of internal comms tools & channels

·         Ensuring there is a mutuial exchange of  experiences, approaches and best practices gathered are exchanged across other regions.

·         Managing  campaigns and design operations for all key communication initiatives

·         Supporting the execution of global & regional employee events

 

 

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACTIVITIES

STRATEGY

·         Act as trusted advisor by providing strategic advice to key internal stakeholders, especially HR

 

WORKPLACE – Internal Digital Media Platform

·         Drive integrations and partnerships on Workplace

·         Maintain all official groups on Workplace by Facebook – ensuring membership, content and engagement

·         Increase executive visibility on Workplace

·         Responsible for cross posting all important global communication on relevant regional groups

 

CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT & DESIGN OPERATIONS

·         Responsible for communication strategy for all internal communications campaigns, ensuring consistent themes & messages are used and right channels are leveraged for each message.  

·         Ensure the regional execution of all global campaigns

·         Responsible for the administration of PayU India design operations on figma, the internal comms design tool.

 

PAYUNEERS EVENTS

·         Responsible for planning & execution of employee forums such as townhalls and other special meetings

·         Responsible for planning, design and implementation of an annual employee event regionally

·         Support the global team with planning & execution of global event – PayUneers Days

 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE                                                                                                

Entry-level Requirements

Fluent English

Professional Requirements

·         5 + years of experience focusing on content creation / employee engagement

 

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE                                                                                                                    

·         Written & verbal communication skills

·         Experience with social media

·         Graphic design knowledge

·         Video editing skills

·         Project Management

·         Creative problem solving
