 This role is inherently cross-functional – and require close work and collaboration with counterparts from our Product Development, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Technical teams and different partners in each of the local markets for improving the acceptance rate across EMEA and increase our customer satisfaction.

 You'll advocate for the voice of our merchants and developers to deliver a reliable, scalable, and secure platform that makes PayU payment platform go faster.

 Responsibilities:

  • Bring together cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between diverse functions
  • Prioritize and lead short, mid, and long-term projects with cross functional teams
  • Understand the target market and primary user needs for a product. Direct product management activities in order for our platform to meet business, market segmentation and financial goals
  • Creates an annual product plan, by quarter, for overall product platform experience, including integration of market research, competitive analysis, product positioning and product performance
  • Preparations and presentation of data and analytics that will support marketing and sales, as well as department scorecards and general product success measurement
  • Organize workshops with key partners in the different local markets
  • Gather feedback from customers, partners and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and players
  • Understand customers’ needs

 What you need:

  •  3-5 years working in a similar role, specifically in FinTech or Payment Industry
  •  At least 5 years of product management experience in a FinTech or Payment company
  • Deep understanding and empathy for our customers
  • Ability to think strategically and develop a long-term view of where the PayU Platform is heading
  • Tech/development understanding, familiar with product development lifecycle, experience working scrum/rapid/agile development environments, exposure to relevant working tools
  • Desire to lead and ability to guide product strategy
  • Great relationship-building skills that helps you engage a diverse audience or customers
  • Curious by nature, obsession with the details and desire to build the right thing
