• Work directly with the different teams, looking to solve customer requirements.
• Support the team in achieving corporate goals.
• Support the team in its growth, in the benefit of the organization
• Ensure compliance with the area service promise
• Establish and develop projects and improvement opportunities
• Generate interior training and permanent formation
• Generate required reports for organization
• Document team processes and activities
• Generate corporate information and key indicators
• Tracking platform incidents and inconveniences
Skills & Knowledge
• English fluid, Portuguese (desirable).
• Excellent verbal communication skills and technical writing, which includes familiarity and convenience in working on multiple communication platforms.
• Negotiation Skills
• Web development and SQL experience (desirable)
• Ability to solve problems.
• Experience with payment systems and / or working in a company Fintech (sales).
