Roles & Responsibilities

- Generating merchant leads (merchants interested in coming to India ) from International regions including China, SE Asia, US, EU

- Manage existing relationships with partners including collecting PSP's, Technical payment gateways, Referral partners including Airline platforms, Shop solutions, E-com platforms, cross border partners, logistics players

- Coordinate with the PayU GPO Sales/ Global Partnerships team to generate and manage leads through existing PayU partners

- Identify new regional payments partners coming in India and the APAC region

- Partner with Products, Engineering, Integration, Marketing, Legal and other cross-functional teams to successfully launch partner products and services on the PayU platform

- Track, analyze key developments in the local Indian and global payment/fintech industry to identify opportunities to partner to ensure that PayU has the first-mover advantage for launching new products/services

What you need to bring to the table:

- 4-7 years of experience in cross border / international business 

- Good communication skills and experience of interacting with partners and clients.

- Ability to work independently and in teams

- Possess strong interpersonal skills, adaptable to changes, takes initiative and have creative selling approaches

- Needs to be Action Oriented, possess high Integrity and do effective time Management
