JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
§ Time Management: Executive will be working with team, merchants, customers and different departments. Time management is essential to make sure everything gets done within TAT.
§ Social Media Understanding: Executives will be working on complaints/queries captured on Social media using CRM tools, should be acquainted with all social media platforms. Should have an understanding about the sentiment tonality like humor, sarcasm etc.
§ Excellent Communication Skills: Proper use of grammar and sentence formation is a must. Also, the executive should be social media language savy to respond creatively.
§ Inter department interaction: Co-ordination with other team for resolutions
§ Working time: Should be comfortable in working shifts and weekends. Working days will be 6 days a week.
