UX at PayU is a unique setup, which is involved with not only day to day UI work but strategically influencing product strategy across verticals. With direct reporting to the CEO this team enjoys autonomy which allows for key infrastructure such as a testing lab, dedicated research budgets etc. Led by a stalwart in the UX industry, team members enjoy the opportunity of getting direct mentoring and developing core competencies in their career path. The work undertaken by this team is heavily UX process driven, where teams frequently conduct research, create personas, design task flows, run experiments (MVPs) and usability testing. UI/UX designers are involved in every step of the process for building PayU products. PayU is looking to add UI Designers with solid visual design skills to the team.

What will you be doing:
● Interact directly with senior stakeholders to understand business intent
● Create User personas, task flows, user journeys
● Create wireframes and interactive prototypes for product experiences
● Create production-ready visual designs with elegant & intuitive UI and delightful animations
● Develop design guidelines and collaborate with tech and product teams to build products
● Participate in user research & usability tests whenever required.
What are we looking for:
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in interaction design, graphic design, or related field experience
● Experience: 1-3 years of experience designing digital experiences and products, including web, mobile, and desktop applications
● Skills: Advanced ability to design and prototype using Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Principle and InVision (or Proto.io).
Ability to create animations for UI using InVision(or other tools).
Ability to work in ambiguous data environments. All data points may not be fully available. It is important for this role to be able to work with ambiguity.
Strong ownership of the full product experience.
Proactive & Self-motivated to drive work without close supervision.

Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders, peers and subordinates.
Demonstrate an outstanding portfolio of work which reflects strong visual and technical design proficiency, including fundamental design, typography. Experience in creating animations for UI using InVision(or other tools) will be preferred. Also, the work should show your thought process and problem solving skills and where user insights shape your design decisions.
