The kind of person we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a seasoned demand generation leader and mentor who is eager to understand our business priorities, lead a young team responsible for getting our foot in the door, and identify how our sales team as a whole can get better and better year after year.  If you’re development-oriented and enjoy both the theory and application of sales strategy, this is the position for you.


The kind of stuff you’ll be doing:

  • Leading a team of demand generation representatives responsible for qualifying and sourcing meetings with strategic accounts for area executives
  • Determining, measuring, and analyzing metrics that allow us to understand the drivers of our demand generation and sales performance
  • Working directly with sales and marketing leadership to understand and establish key business priorities
  • Coaching entry-level talent and preparing them for success in the organization


The kind of experience you’ll need:

  • Proven track record of setting and conducting meetings with C-level executives
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a B2B demand generation/sales development/business development or closing capacity
  • Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience
  • Salesforce proficiency, particularly in reports and dashboards
  • Bachelor’s degree


The extra stuff that would be nice:

  • Familiarity with demand generation tools such as Pardot and Tellwise
  • Experience in a SaaS company
  • Experience in the restaurant or convenience store industries
