  • Recommend ways to improve employee engagement and retention; position the company to win Best Places to Work awards. Let’s go!
  • Coach managers and leaders to be more effective and impactful
  • Help create and improve HR processes and systems -- there is always a better, faster, more efficient way! Introduce new ideas so that we can continue to successfully scale
  • Develop and implement career-pathing programs for specific roles
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws
  • Support our two main offices in Boston and Denver
  • Coordinate manager and employee training (we outsource most of this training)
  • Help ensure compliance with state and federal employment regulations
  • Partner closely with the Recruiting Team to present a unified HR team internally and externally – we are One Team!

 

The kind of experience you’ll need: 

  • 5+ year’s experience as a HR Generalist or 3+ year's HR Manager
  • Proven collaborative team player
  • A creative problem-solver, a student of leading practices in HR
  • A curious and collaborative mindset
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite and Slack
  • Willingness to travel, including overnight stays

The extra stuff that would be nice: 

  • Experience in a fast-growing software company, especially a company under 1,000 employees, preferred
  • Prior leadership experience, preferred
  • Experience expanding globally is a plus
  • Experience with ADP and Greenhouse ATS is a plus
