Coach managers and leaders to be more effective and impactful
Help create and improve HR processes and systems -- there is always a better, faster, more efficient way! Introduce new ideas so that we can continue to successfully scale
Develop and implement career-pathing programs for specific roles
Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws
Support our two main offices in Boston and Denver
Coordinate manager and employee training (we outsource most of this training)
Help ensure compliance with state and federal employment regulations
Partner closely with the Recruiting Team to present a unified HR team internally and externally – we are One Team!
The kind of experience you’ll need:
5+ year’s experience as a HR Generalist or 3+ year's HR Manager
Proven collaborative team player
A creative problem-solver, a student of leading practices in HR
A curious and collaborative mindset
Strong influencing skills
Experience with Microsoft Office suite and Slack
Willingness to travel, including overnight stays
The extra stuff that would be nice:
Experience in a fast-growing software company, especially a company under 1,000 employees, preferred
Prior leadership experience, preferred
Experience expanding globally is a plus
Experience with ADP and Greenhouse ATS is a plus
