The kind of person we’re looking for:

We are looking for a person who will have a singular focus on enabling sales to sell faster. Reporting to the Director of Marketing – Close Team, you will arm the sales team with the knowledge and assets it needs to accelerate the time it takes to close new business.  

If hearing the figurative sales bell ring motivates you to double down, this role is for you. You’ll be a critical part of the future of Paytronix and how we approach the market through both the direct and indirect sales channels.

The Kind of Stuff You’ll Be Doing:

  • Remove friction from the sales funnel
  • Execute on the sales enablement strategy in close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams
  • Create and maintain marketing and sales collateral that spans the customer lifecycle and buyer personas, such as pitch decks, talk tracks, demo guides, case studies, one sheets, and more across target segments
  • Communicate the products’ value props to the sales team via regular training sessions
  • Train new sales reps on the Paytronix core differentiators, value prop, use of materials, etc.
  • Create effective content for multiple audiences in a variety of formats including presentations, sell sheets, videos, etc.
  • Plan, initiate and execute campaigns targeting the install base to upsell/cross sell with new and existing products and features that result in incremental MRR.
  • Drive more sales through trade show engagement by delivering the right materials, talk tracks, and demos for the team to maximize the ROI from each event.

What we expect from you

  • You have previous experience working in a high-growth, B2B or B2B2C environment where the demand for sales enablement is high.
  • You are creative, energetic, and bring a strong product marketing POV to the table. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.

The Kind of Experience You’ll Need:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing

  • 2+ years of product marketing and/or sales enablement experience for a growth-stage SAAS company
  • Experience in producing sales assets for B2B or B2B2C audiences in the form of sell sheets, pitch decks, talk tracks, etc. and a portfolio to share
  • Experience in the restaurant or retail markets is ideal
