The kind of person we’re looking for:

Someone who is endlessly curious with a desire to influence.  This is an add to staff reporting directly to the CFO.  This person will be responsible for recurring monthly analytics as well as project based assignments tied to company initiatives.  The ideal candidate will have experience as a team lead or is ready for that level of responsibility. This is a position that will likely grow and expand along with tenure.


The kind of stuff you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the budgeting and forecasting cycle – layering in the impact of strategic initiatives and developing a multi-year view
  • Financial modeling and analysis – this includes monthly analytics and decision support
  • Unit costing and pricing analytics – helping us understand our product costs and margins, then using this to inform our pricing models
  • Segmentation strategy and channel support – or in other words growth analytics
  • Capacity planning – helping us invest in the right resources at the right time

The kind of experience you’ll need:

  • 4+ years of experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Must be eligible to work in the US on a full-time unlimited basis
  • Good sense of ethical conduct
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Be able to work without a great deal of structure or supervision.

The extra stuff that would be nice:

  • MBA
  • Knowledge of SaaS KPIs
  • Pricing experience
  • Experience in the Loyalty industry
  • M&A experience
