About The Role: 

We are looking for a Member Engagement Associate to support B2C activation of employees from our employer group clients. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to work alongside a passionate team. This is an opportunity to collaborate with design, account management, and product teams to help members become aware of, activate, and utilize their Paytient card to more easily access and afford care.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in the onboarding of new employer partners, as well as planning and execution of targeted engagement campaigns
  • Develop tactics to measure and demonstrate value for our employer partners
  • Identify and support opportunities for our employer partners to promote Paytient to their teams
  • Develop actionable insights from user and industry research that inform marketing strategy and messaging, drive testing agendas, and measurement plans to optimize engagement across the funnel
  • Coordinate content reviews, revisions, and approvals with stakeholders
  • Develop a reporting cadence for internal and external partners, track campaign performance, and take a data-informed approach to messaging
  • Establish relationships with Account Managers and regularly engage to execute year-round communication plans
  • Lead asset development from ideation to execution in collaboration with our creative team to quickly turn around high-quality work
  • Collaborate with colleagues to launch, test, and iterate on lifecycle marketing programs from ideation to execution
  • Utilize a multi-channel communication approach including email, web, direct mail, in-app, SMS, etc.

What You’ll bring:

  • 2+ years of B2C marketing, advertising, communications, or similar experience
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives according to strategic priorities and quickly pivot as needed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and a high bar for quality
  • Experience running multi-channel campaigns including online and offline: social, print, webinars, email, video, advocate
  • Experience working on a cross-channel marketing platform like Iterable, Braze, or equivalent
  • Proven design instincts that help drive effective communication (i.e. know when to use an image vs. 1,000 words)
  • Proficient in defining audience segments and analyzing user behaviors
  • Familiarity with developing relationships and working collaboratively with multiple cross-functional partners
  • Experience using quantitative and qualitative insights to inform marketing strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and more

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience building dashboards and reports in data visualization software like Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or equivalent 
  • HTML/CSS experience
