Senior Product Marketing Manager
Location: Shanghai

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team in Shanghai and drive the success of our products in the market. This role is crucial in shaping how we communicate the value of Payoneer’s solutions, ensuring clear differentiation, and driving adoption and revenue growth. The Sr. Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products are positioned effectively and meet the needs of our target audience.

Responsibilities:
• Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution:
o Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for product launches, feature releases in local market.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including GTM, product, vertical business, research, etc. to drive local product adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth in Payoneer’s HVS (high value services) .
• Product Positioning & Messaging:
o Create and maintain an in-depth understanding of seller personas, use cases, and the competitive landscape to develop effective product positioning.
o Craft unique value propositions and messaging that resonate with our target audience, highlighting our market-leading position.
o Align messaging across all touchpoints, including sales materials, website content, campaigns, and customer communications.
• Sales & GTM Enablement:
o Develop sales enablement materials, collateral, and content that enable the sales team to effectively communicate the value of our products to potential customers.
o Create product one-pagers, playbooks, and GTM toolkits to support BD, CSM, and various BU teams.
o Ensure sales and GTM teams are equipped with clear messaging, proof points, and compelling narratives that highlight Payoneer’s value.
• Customer & Market Insights:
o Collaborate with the research team to analyze customer insights, competitive landscape, and brand positioning.
o Translate research findings into actionable recommendations that improve product adoption and GTM effectiveness.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
o Continuously track performance metrics and adjust marketing strategies to optimize results and drive growth.
o Monitor the performance of launched products, gather feedback, analyze metrics, and make recommendations for optimization and innovation to expand and strengthen the ecosystem in ways that better serve customers.
Requirements:
• 8+ years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 3+ years in product marketing, ideally in FinTech, SaaS, or related industries.
• Proven expertise in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption, revenue growth, and measurable impact.
• Effective communicator with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise, and impactful messaging.
• Demonstrated success in solving complex problems, driving change, and accelerating growth for products or segments.
• Strong prioritization and decision-making skills, balancing immediate opportunities with long-term goals.
• Experienced in leading cross-functional initiatives, working collaboratively across global teams, and influencing stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
• Self-starter with a high level of energy, a bias for action, and accountability for delivering results.

Nice to Have:
• Experience in the payments industry or working with partner ecosystems.
• Knowledge of financial stack components and their role in supporting SMBs and enterprises.
