About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled React and React Native Developer to join our team of front-end experts. The work of the front-end team helps our full-stack teams be more productive by ensuring a strong base in terms of front-end architecture and reusable components.

Responsibilities
- Propose and implement UI architecture improvements
- Maintain and expand the UI components used by the full-stack development teams
- Mentor full-stack engineers on best practices for web and mobile app development
- Organize knowledge-sharing sessions
- Implement, own, and maintain performance metrics
- Help identify and resolve client-facing UI errors in React and React Native
- Develop tools to boost Developer velocity and ensure system stability
- Collaborate with the UX team
- Configure module bundler tools like Vite, Webpack, Parcel, etc.
- Work closely with the DevOps team to establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for website deployments and create new versions in the App Store and Google Play Store
- Keep React and React Native versions up to date to ensure security, performance, and compatibility with the latest mobile operating systems (Android and iOS)
Requirements
- Advanced programming experience and superior knowledge of React Native (mandatory requirement)
- Familiarity with modern tooling and React ecosystem best practices
- 6+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience with agile processes, continuous delivery, and continuous integration
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
- Exceptional integrity and work ethic
Considered as a plus:
- Experience with MobX, react-query, PWA, ARIA, and performance optimizations
- Familiarity with error tracking systems like Sentry.io
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
