ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We’re looking for a results-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and help drive the PAX brand as we expand our DTC capabilities. This role would manage the email, affiliate, paid social, and programmatic channels for the business. The ideal candidate is able to balance brand and consumer needs to drive results, collaborate well with internal and external stakeholders, and leverage insights to unlock growth opportunities. The Growth Marketing Manager role is fully remote, with the team dispersed across the US and Canada and our HQ in San Francisco, CA. 

  • Manage performance and revenue reporting as well as the corresponding budget
  • Understand the consumer journey for initial acquisition as well as repurchase
  • Develop a robust process for creative testing to inform how we capture and design assets
  • Oversee external agencies for social, affiliate, email, and programmatic to maximize outcomes.
  • Partner with the eComm to optimize the on-site and off-site landing page experience. 
  • Support broader marketing efforts across different country and regulatory environments 
  • Research and synthesize key technology and competitive trends to identify opportunities

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 5+ years growth marketing experience at a B2C consumer product brand or agency
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills at different levels of the organization
  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with tools like Asana and JIRA
  • Solid understanding of attribution between platforms and analytics tools like GA4
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with higher levels of autonomy
  • Experience working within the Shopify ecosystem, including apps, a major plus
  • Experience working in regulated industries a plus

COMPENSATION

In addition to the benefits above, this role has a pay range between $110-145k + equity. This pay range represents what we believe, in good faith, this role will pay. The final pay will depend on many factors, including years and depth of experience, level, and location of the employee. We only expect to pay the top of the range in rare and exceptional circumstances, for candidates that far exceed the requirements and expectations of the position.
