The Channel Logistics Coordinator handles the logistics of Channel Events & Channel Programs. They oversee tasks and projects throughout the event planning process. The Coordinator ensures the logistics are streamlined, remains within the allocated budget, and ensures that events are carried out smoothly.
Coordinate event logistic details and aspects, including packing, shipping & organizing
Maintain a working knowledge of the complex needs of a wide variety of events
Utilize proper tools to ensure tasks are reviewed, processed, communicated, and completed properly
Update financial and logistical documents & report in a timely manner
Plan for potential scenarios that could impact the integrity of the event
Manage inventory and movement of drop shipments
Maintain and improve the stages of supply chain using a variety of soft skills and industry knowledge of best practices
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
At least one (1) year of directly relevant experience; inventory, event coordination, administrative work
Proficiency with Microsoft office Suite (word, excel, office, SharePoint)
Knowledge of Wrike preferred
Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and ability to prioritize and multitask
Required Education & Certifications:
B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience
Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $42,000 or more depending on experience
*Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Denver Metro area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
