Job Title: Lifecycle Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, technical, and innovative Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead a mix of acquisition, expansion, retention, and transactional campaigns. You will own the customer journey for all B2C-facing products and manage touchpoints across email, SMS, push channels as well as other future surface channels. You will define the audiences, segmented messaging and actively design the end-to-end journey from campaign ideation through creative execution. You will collaborate with other marketing stakeholders including Brand, Product, Partnership, and Performance with cross-channel strategies and implementation.

The ideal candidate will be a data-driven entrepreneur who finds and creates opportunities instead of waiting for them. This is a hands-on roll; you will have the opportunity to drive highly impactful and visible results that will have a meaningful impact on our customers.

What you do

· Lead the lifecycle marketing strategy with a focus on completing the enrollment process, driving engagement, and maximizing lifetime transactional value.

· Define the omni-channel CRM presence with a fully built-out journey across all touchpoints including email, SMS, in-app and push notifications.

· Apply detailed customer segmentation and leverage marketing automation tools to deliver personalized and hyper-targeted campaigns.

· Create and manage creative assets for all lifecycle channels through the creative review process, localization, and collaborating with designers and copywriters.

· Develop a rigorous testing strategy (A/B and multivariate tests) to continually optimize different types of content and stages of the customer journey.

· Oversee the lifecycle attribution and measurement strategy by implementing tracking tools and parameters to identify and separate revenue, ROI, and other business KPIs

· Craft messaging that clearly articulates the value provided by our B2C products and how users can easily utilize the benefits.

· Collaborate with brand and product stakeholders on creating a dynamic content experience from marketing touchpoint to website.

· Build and strengthen cross-functional relationships within the B2C ecosystem, including brand, product, partnership, and performance, to deliver a seamless customer experience.

· Support partnership marketing stakeholders with “cold call” marketing initiatives with third-party data providers and marketing agencies.

Your skills and our values

· 6+ years of proven experience in lifecycle marketing, customer retention, and data analysis.

· Strong understanding of platforms such as ESP, CRM, CDP, CMS, A/B testing, and BI.

· Deep analytical capabilities with experience with data analysis and reporting

· HTML/CSS knowledge not required, but a plus
