What you would do:
Organize and execute from the ground up exceptional events including our annual creator conference.
Enable other teams at Patreon to deliver on branded and hosted events.
Brainstorm activations and experiences.
Measure and report on event goals to assess value and to improve future events.
Support operations for all marketing events.
Scout locations and evaluate vendor bids that align with project budgets and goals.
Manage vendor relationships.
Support external event websites.
Develop and track project budgets.
Manage events inventory.
Talk to creators about our services.
Support inbound inquiries.
Draft event announcements and social media posts.
Exemplify Patreon’s brand in event activations.
What skills and qualities we seek:
Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
Ability to be scrappy in approach but polished in delivery.
Ability to create and maintain project budgets based on research and experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to create operational systems that are efficient and cross multiple departments and support different needs.
Expertise with Google Calendar and project management software.
Ability to travel.
Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed onsite for an event.
