We’re continuing to invest heavily in building the most talented team in the Creator Economy and are looking for a Lead People Partner, EPD to support our mission.
This role is based in NYC or SF and open to those who are able to be in-office 2 days per week on a hybrid work model.
About the Role
- Be a partner & coach on all things people, culture, & business strategy to our Engineering, Product, & Design teams
- Support as HRBP in talent areas: workforce planning, organizational design, talent development, performance management, employee relations, diversity, & total rewards
- Closely partner with Recruiting, HR Ops, Compensation and Benefits on talent initiatives
- Leverage data & insights in everything you do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop talent strategies focusing on building a performance-based culture that’s in alignment with our values
- Be a trusted advisor and coach to leaders & employees
- Manage all aspects of cyclical talent programs for client teams
- Lead at least 1 talent initiative or program across the People team each quarter; design, roll out company wide, & measure success
About You
- 5+ years experience in a HR business partner role
- 7+ years of HR experience
- Proven success in an HRBP function at a high growth tech company.
- Experience in directing key areas of the employee lifecycle within the context of an Engineering, Product and/or Design business group including compensation and benefits, performance reviews, organizational development, employee engagement, health and safety, legal compliance, and workforce planning. You enjoy and understand the nuances of leading Engineering, Product, & Design organizations
- You are perceived as an effective and strategic thought partner with senior leaders in the organization. You have a demonstrated track record of helping to lead, guide and influence employee-related decisions
- You are an excellent coach and partner. You know how to help leaders work through issues and drive change in their organizations.
- You love “testing” your ideas and measuring the impact of your work
- You’re excited about opportunities to leverage data to make recommendations
- You communicate clearly and succinctly
- You feel comfortable working autonomously
- You have a positive outlook on problem solving; when you see a problem, you feel energized to solve it
