Our user base has doubled in the last year alone, and we have paid over $2 billion directly to creators on our platform. In order to support this level of growth, Patreon is looking for a data-driven Account Based Marketing Manager to build a world-class ABM program to take our outbound demand generation efforts to the next level by leveraging proven and creative solutions to drive measurable revenue impact.
What you’ll do
The successful candidate will:
Design and execute creative 1:1, 1:few, and by-category marketing engagement strategies from from the ground up to meet pipeline requirements of tiered creator segments leveraging digital and offline marketing channels(i.e. direct mail, email, social, content syndication, and more)
Partner with the Creator Partnership team to source, select and reach out to prospect target creators in order to drive engagement, SQL, and revenue goals across key creator categories.
Partner with design, content, PMM and creator partnership teams to create targeted, personalized assets that move target creators to engaged accounts with opportunities
Collaborate with operations team to build performance metric dashboard and present learnings, experiments and recommendations to stakeholders
Map out the buyer journey and track lead flow to ensure engaged creators are handled appropriately and that we are delivering the right content to the right person at the right time
Research and stay on top of new ABM technology, tactics and strategies to drive more pipeline and accelerate sales opportunities; advance our ABM technology to drive personalization and scale
Proactively identify and act on opportunistic ad hoc ways to partner with creator partnerships team in response to the health of the AMB program outbound pipeline
5+ years in B2C marketing with 3+ years of demonstrated strategic and tactical ABM success
Proven track record of running ABM campaigns that directly contribute to pipeline growth by leveraging tactics including but not limited to list building, direct mail, email, landing page personalization and social network targeting
Problem-solving, analytical approach(e.g. A/B testing) to planning and executing campaigns that drive performance and ROI
Proficiency in audience segmentation and content mapping to the buyer’s journey
Standout communication skills with extraordinary ability to collaborate constructively and cross-functionally
Resourceful and thrive in scrappy, high-growth environments
Experience with Salesforce, Autopilot, Marketo, Google Analytics, Asana, direct mail technology preferred
Bilingual preferred(Spanish, German, French, or Italian language fluency)
