What you would do:
Play a pivotal role in designing, executing and measuring the effectiveness of global talent programs, which includes identifying issues, forming hypotheses and synthesizing conclusions into recommendations
Develop and analyze surveys and metrics
Work closely with recruiting, talent, engagement, workforce planning, compensation and other HR functions to drive decision-making
Communicate findings and recommendations on critical initiatives and influence leaders to action on those findings
Skills you possess:
4-6 years of applied experience executing analysis, communicating results, & developing metrics that matter
Minimum 2 years experience in HR, People Analytics/Insights
Experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau. Comfortable with Pivot tables, V lookups
Experience analyzing data from surveys and experimental research in a business or academic context (applied experience is a plus, but not required)
Ability to translate data into insights for a non-technical audience
Ability to self-direct work in an unstructured environment, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
You are an excellent coach and partner. You know how to help leaders work through issues and drive change in their organizations.
You love“testing” your ideas and measuring the impact of your work
You’re excited about opportunities to leverage data to make recommendations
You communicate clearly and succinctly
You feel comfortable working autonomously
You have a positive outlook on problem solving; when you see a problem, you feel energized to solve it
