 What you will get to do:

  • Build the foundation of our IT team.
  • Roll out our laptop fleet management solution.
  • Set up an IT support workflow to best serve our team’s requests.
  • Evaluate and support A/V business needs
  • Manage the deployment, maintenance, upgrade and support of all our devices.
  • Work with hardware and software vendors to establish and maintain the best possible relationships.
  • Influence and enforce all internal security policies.
  • Project manage the roll out of new technical solutions (communicating changes, driving adoption and testing the effectiveness of solutions) 

What skills we ask for:

  • 2+ years experience in an information technology role.
  • Excellent communication and prioritization skills.
  • Technical knowledge of network hardware and protocols.
  • Experience managing inventory and vendor relationships.
  • Ability to develop a project or process around a need or issue you observe.
  • Experience managing Audio/Video systems.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and mobile device issues.
  • Excellent at Mac management and support, proficient with Windows and Linux.
  • Python, Java, or similar scripting skills for the purpose of automation, monitoring and alerting systems.
