Reporting to the EVP of Business Solutions and Partnerships, this role leads the management of customer and other partner relationships and the value delivery of commercial solutions. This is an immediate need based in Cambridge, MA.
Primary responsibilities and expectations include:
Lead customer strategy and relationship management of client base including management of client lead team
Optimize and implement best practices in partnership management including governance, goal and value setting and measurement, leadership and solution development
Achieve excellence and value of delivery of solutions/products in coordination with lead of business operations
Align client needs with company’s core capability and product roadmap managing expectations and resourcing
Develop and oversee cross-functional contribution into design and execution of custom solutions and product development
Contribute to thought leadership and market making activities
Collaborate closely with Product Development, Corporate Development, Business Development and Research Development to manage alignment and optimization of responsibilities
Strategic contribution to company leadership
Drive accountability, achievement of results, and professionalism within and across teams touching commercial
Key requirements and experience
Masters-level or above health sciences degree (MS, MPH, PhD, etc) preferred, or other advanced degree (e.g., MBA) combined with strong biopharma experience.
10 + years of experience working in a consulting, business analyst, bioinformatics management role
Ability to articulate and advocate for company’s mission and value proposition in a fast-moving market
Deep value orientation both to client needs and to company goals
Strategic and solution oriented as well as meticulous in quality deliverables
Able to thrive in situations with high ambiguity, complexity and conflicting priorities
Knowledge in domains of patient-driven research, dynamic biology, pharma, and personalized medicine
Demonstrated experience at managing complex, multi-layered relationships with clients and other partners and finding alignment across mixed goals, timelines, incentives and barriers and success perceptions
Self-starter, results oriented, collaborative and systems oriented.
