We're looking for a Salesforce engineer to join our team in Cambridge. You'll be working with our existing engineering team to get data in and out of Salesforce and to help our Marketing team with ongoing communications. We use Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud and are planning on significant Salesforce improvements over the next 12 months. You'll work on a small team (a few engineers, a product manager, a designer and a QA person) in a highly collaborative manner.
We have all of the usual tech company amenities: beer, a very active ping pong table, a roof deck, and free lunch on Fridays.
What will you do?
Develop and enhance PatientLikeMe’s current Salesforce implementation
Work with stakeholders to understand and specify requirements
Use common Agile processes in a 2 week sprint
Evaluate new Salesforce releases and applications and remain current with Salesforce best practices
What do you need to be successful?
5+ years of Salesforce development experience (Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud experience not required. We believe engineers can always learn new skills.)
7+ years of overall Software development experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Openness to collaboration across the organization. You’ll work with the product and design teams very closely and should expect to share code and knowledge with your fellow engineers on an hourly basis.
