Our mobile apps are less than two years old, so there’s lots of opportunity, and not much legacy code.

What will you do?
Manage two teams building mobile applications for iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin).
Contribute to coding one or both of the applications
Think about high level technology decisions, including full responsibility for the build chains.
Grow the skills of the engineers reporting to you
Pay attention to the mobile development community so that our apps and processes remain up to date.
What do you need to be successful?
2+ years of experience managing engineers
5 – 8+ years of software engineering experience.
3+ years of mobile development experience (Android experience slightly preferred)
Expertise in the full mobile development life cycle. You should have knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architecture, trends and emerging technologies.
Team player, ability to teach and learn.
