The patientslikeme.com product team is responsible for our consumer product from strategy to execution. We have key initiatives in the area of growing social features in our native iOS and Android app, a person in this role will have impact on:
Developing our native iOS and Android apps with our engineering and design teams to better meet the needs of ~70% of our members utilizing the mobile platform
Increasing retention rates by building and improving social features that help connect our users to each other
PLM's mobile strategy and identifying innovative mobile only use cases that will deliver unique value to our users in ways that our website never could
As such, we are looking for an experienced product manager who has the PM basics down and is excited to tackle such a challenging problem.
A successful PM in this team will:
Be passionate and knowledgeable about design and understand how important it is to make a great product for our users
Be able to hit the ground running in leading Agile scrum teams successfully.
Have experience running AB tests and using data to make better product decisions
Fail fast: understanding that while successful execution is important, it isn’t a guarantee for a successful product
Possess the ability to focus and execute as effectively on details as big picture strategy
Deeply empathize with our users and have a strong desire to see their hard work making a difference in the world
Be intellectually curious and interested in digging into the “why” of problems
An ideal candidate will have:
At least 6-10 years of experience as a product manager or otherwise leading software teams
Experience working on consumer web or app products
Experience working with software products focused on increasing retention
Experience in working with native iOS/Android mobile apps
A passion about the healthcare industry or learning more about it!
