How you will contribute:
As a Recruiter, you will help find the best and brightest talent by sourcing, engaging, assessing, and closing candidates. You will work with leaders across the organization to develop successful recruiting strategies and be a partner to their hiring needs by communicating pipeline, status of searches, and feedback on candidates. You will be a PatientPop ambassador effectively communicating the company mission, vision, and values. You will also represent PatientPop at recruiting events and meetups to engage with talent.
You are instrumental in helping to build and scale teams across PatientPop by maintaining a robust and active pipeline of talent. You will consistently reach out to prospective candidates via outbound sourcing and review incoming applications. You will screen candidates accurately for role and company fit and move them through the interview process by setting proper expectations, following up in a timely manner, and prepping/debriefing, You will facilitate debriefs on candidate interviews with hiring managers, influence hiring decisions, and work with internal stakeholders to compose candidate offer letters. You will achieve consistent onsite to offer ratios and a high offer acceptance rate.
