How you will contribute:

As a Billing Coordinator, you will be tasked with managing our day-to-day customer billing operations. This includes, but not limited to: processing daily bill runs, completing various SalesForce cases related to billing adjustments, and working on ad-hoc projects as requested. You will work with multiple internal teams to ensure customers receive the correct invoices, refunds, credits, etc and run reports as needed to support the Finance department.

Skills you’ll bring:

  • College degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business, or similar experience/equivalent education.
  • 1-2 years of billing experience
  • Experience with Zuora or similar billing software
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong level of cross departmental communication 
  • Ability to process large volumes of invoices and billing adjustments

Why you're important to us:

As a Billing Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the finance team and our business operations. You will make sure all customer invoices and payments are processed correctly. In addition you will be tasked with producing reports out of our billing software, Zuora, that will be used by various teams throughout our organization. As we scale, you will begin to process a higher amount of billing cases per day (50+) and will help enact processes specific to the team. You will have the ability to define billing processes moving forward.

In 90 days you will:

You will hit the ground running and learn the major functionalities of both Zuora and SalesForce.  You will be trained on how to make billing adjustments, create invoices, and process payments. You will also learn how to process Bill-runs, which will entail reviewing and processing invoices. At the end of the 90 days, you will be well versed in Zuora and be able to operate independently.
